Excellent location across from metro stop. Beautifully decorated with period furniture. Suite rooms with themed decor based on different countries. Amazing views of royal palace. Gracious and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel in the "Centro" neighborhood of Madrid has so much to offer! The rooms are beautifully decorated with unique old furniture and have comfortable beds. I loved waking up to the stunning views of the Royal Palace from the balcony. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the included breakfast on trays, even though sometimes in awkward positions, is a delightful touch.

We stayed in a beautifully furnished suite in an old palace, located in a nice square right next to the opera house. The location was perfect for exploring the Centro neighborhood of Madrid. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a soft king size bed and a spacious shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed a traditional, high-quality breakfast in the morning.
The jacuzzi tub in our suite was temporarily out of order.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location in central Madrid was ideal, right across from the plaza and within easy walking distance to all the major attractions. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
